About Nashoba Nursing Service & Hospice

Nashoba Nursing Service & Hospice (NNS&H) is a governmental non-profit Medicare certified agency, which is commonly referred to as a Visiting Nurse Association (VNA), under the auspices of the Nashoba Associated Boards of Health (NABH), a Regional Health Department. NNS&H provides quality home health, hospice and community health to 15 member towns, including surrounding towns upon request that are located in the Middlesex and Worcester County areas.
