Deficiency-Free Home Health Survey from MA DPH

Shirley, MA March 14, 2018 — James Garreffi, MS, Administrator is pleased to announce the agency is once again found to be in compliance with all of the federal Conditions of Participations that govern Home Health agencies.  The Massachusetts Department of Public Health performed the survey in early February in our Shirley office which consisted of a review of all facets of the operation including documentation review, observation of care and provided services, interviews and joint visits with staff, patients and families.  Mr. Garreffi stated, “This is a great accomplishment and we are extremely proud of the entire staff for their hard work and dedication.”  The Agency has a history of excellence in the provision of care, however it is very rewarding when our quality of patient care and compassion are validated.  Special thanks to all of our wonderful Nurses, Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Speech Therapist, Medical Social Workers, Home Care Aides and Support Staff.
