Nashoba Governance Overview

Governance of NABH is provided by an Executive Committee consisting of Board of Health members from towns in the Association. The Executive Committee meets quarterly and sets policies, makes budgetary decisions, and elects officers of the agency. The Association between local boards of health was formed by and is maintained with a set of Bylaws and a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU).
