This page provides information and resources to help food establishments, mobile food vendors, and the public maintain safe food practices and comply with public health requirements. Here you will find food safety guidance and educational materials, rules and regulations, a list of permitted food trucks, and the latest food recall information from the CDC. • NABH Food Safety Google Drive Folder: contains information on general food safety topics such as norovirus, cooking for large groups, and holiday food safety.
